Relationship Manager (RM):

The Relationship Manager (RM) will manage client relationships within their assigned area, working closely with the Associate Block Manager (ABM) and reporting to them. They will focus on understanding client needs, providing personalized solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

(Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000)

Associate Block Manager (ABM):

The Associate Block Manager (ABM) oversees operations within a specific block. They manage a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) and report to the Associate District Manager (ADM). Their responsibilities include guiding the RMs, setting targets, and ensuring smooth operations within the block.

(Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000)

Associate District Manager (ADM):

The Associate District Manager (ADM) is responsible for coordinating operations at the district level. They provide guidance to the ABMs, monitor performance, and ensure overall district success. They oversee administrative tasks and collaborate with various stakeholders to streamline processes and maintain compliance.
